Tabbing & stringing
In the tabbing and stringing process, cells are soldered to strings connected in parallel, both on the front and back of the cell. Precise alignment and careful soldering is key, not only to maintain a low breakage rate, but also to ensure long life and high quality of the solar module. Any breakages of the solar wafer have to be detected before assembly.
