Gap detection for molding press

Challenge

If unwanted objects remain in the molding press the upper mould does not come down to its proper position and causes defective products. The bottom position of the upper mould has to be checked at four corners.

Solution

A separate heat-resistant sensor head can be attached near to the hot mould to check the mould position accurately. A separate digital amplifier enables easy set up and operation.
