Challenge
A laser process creates the solar module structure, but the laser has to work the substratum at a constant speed. The laser beam has to be positioned at exactly the right spot, but the required output needs a very dynamic feed.
Solution
Omron´s linear servos can reach speeds of up to 5m/s and accelerate up to 100m/s² with a positioning precision of 0.078µm.
