Reflow soldering system
The reflow soldering system fixes the mounted components on solder pastes on PCB’s.
This process typically consists of preheating, soaking (flux activation), reflow and cooling in a conveyor oven.
For high-quality soldering, the temperature profile throughout the oven has to be optimized. The distributed power to each heater has to be controlled properly.
Omron offers multi-temperature control with a multi-distributed power control unit. It allows easily adjustable distribution to several heaters with one temperature controller.
