Height measurement for nozzle head
Challenge
For high-quality dispensing, the gap between nozzle and PCB has to be appropriate, despite PCB warpage. Moreover, various PCB surface conditions make measurement difficult.
Solution
To adjust the height to the PCB, Omron offers high accuracy laser sensors. Due to the unique algorithm, optical method and beam shape, the precise point for jetting can be measured.
